This was okay for a little bit, but then it got quite annoying after awhile. Every time I send an email with my iPhone, I get a new email in my Mail App inbox of what I just sent out. It happens vice-versa as well. If I send an email with my Mail App, I get an new email in my iPhone inbox of what I just sent out.

Is there a way I can disable obtaining "new" email of what I just sent from another machine?

make sure the option to always cc myself is unchecked in your mail preferences in your settings menu.
