Hi,

I’m planing on using a new Mac for work and I don’t want to have anything personal on it (or mostly) but I do need to have my Apple ID on it, otherwise I would need to get a new one. I have an iPhone, iMac, and iPad and all of them are connected via iCloud/Apple ID. On this new Mac, if I chose not to have the photostream and other settings under iCloud, does that mean the other devices will also be turn off? Meaning that If i toggle the photostream, notes or calendar in the new Mac will they also change on my other devices? Or will everything stay the same across them?

It’s a little tricky because my new job won’t provide phone or computer, so I’ll have to use my own, but I don’t want to mix too much of my personal data. Work will be using google stuff, so I assume I can download google calendar on my phone to avoid using iOS calendar?

Any tips on how to navigate this would be really helpful!

No, it's on a per device basis. So you should be good to go with leaving those settings untoggled.
