question about imac 27 model number

Hello to all,

I am buying a new imac but something is weird, since the model number is different from the one from applestore.

it's saying model is MC813LZ/A (I5-2.7/4/1TB/RW/27")

while applestore says model is MC813LL/A

what means 'Z'? it's a refurbished imac?

I don't think it is a refurb but when I do a search on the Z model I keep getting spanish sites so perhaps this model uses an operating system for a different language - but not sure
