Just about anything else these days, if a large download stalls, loses the connection, or whatever, it can be resumed where it left off. The Mac App Store is no exception to this, even for OS X. So why the blank do *iOS* downloads have to start over from the beginning every time? I'm on about my eighth attempt in the past 14 hours and, had those been cumulative the way they ought to be, would have been done long ago. Through iTunes or over the air, doesn't matter.
