To anyone who has iOS 13 Beta and/or iPadOS Beta installed, can you tell me if you can still download TV shows via the Apple TV App, since iTunes will be no more, on your iPhone or iPad?
 
iOS yes. You can download TV shows.
I think you want to ask what is happening on Catalina.
