Question about iOS 5 beta 2 and Dev Account....

HI guys a friend of mine who has a developer account with Apple added my UDID to his account. But there is a problem his account expires on July 30th and he will not renew his account. What will happen if I install iOS 5 beta 2 on my phone and his account expires? Will my phone brick? Can I downgrade to 4.3.3? What can I do? Thanks.
 
Your phone will not brick, but you will not be able to authorize the upgrade to beta 4 or whatever it is at that point.

Just downgrade July 29th and be safe.
