Ok, just as of yesterday IOS 5 untethered was confirmed. Do you think the IOS 5 untethered jailbreak will work with 4.3.5 and still be untethered? Because right now I do not know if I wanna upgrade to IOS 5. Thanks guys, Regez.

Untethered jailbreak for iOS5 has not been released.

Currently there is a semi-tethered jailbreak tweak in Cydia to make your iDevice semi-untethered. But no, there is no fully untethered jailbreak out yet. Chronic and the iPhone Dev are working hard on it.
