Question about iOS 9 Features

Hello!

I have a few questions on the behavior of iOS 9 when it comes to wallet and mail

Wallet:
Will all my credit cards that I have on my iPhone 6 (iOS 9) transfer to my new phone when I do an iCloud restore?

Mail:
Is mail snappier with push on iOS 9? On my current phone the red bubble doesn't update if I read my emails from other devices. I have to actually open the app and to have it update and refresh
