Question about Ipad syncing

Ok, I have a question, not sure if it is going to be too complex.

So basically I have an Ipad 2 here, but I have 2 people who share a home computer. We'll call them A and B. A has an apple account and Ipad2, B has an apple account and Iphone4.

So I want to be able to have A sync their Ipad2 and have only content associated with their apple id synced, and have B sync their Iphone and only have their content associated with their apple id synced.

Keep in mind all this content is on the same itunes/computer.

Is this possible? Or anyone have a way of doing this?
