I'm sure this has been asked before, but I have a 4s that I bought from Best Buy that is supposed to work with at&t. I wanted to order one that was fully unlocked, but the local apple stores didn't have any, and from the shipping date on the website, it wouldn't have arrived before I left again. I was wondering can I swap out the sim card in the phone for my German sim, and have it work without jailbreaking, or should I just return the phone, and attempt to buy a fully unlocked version again.
