I had an odd situation today...I had left my iphone in another room (we’ll call it Room A) while I went into another room with my apple watch on (Room B). I got a phone call and answered it thru my watch in Room B. Now, there were people in Room A along with my iphone. Is it possible the caller was able to hear the conversation of the people in Room A ? I had to search for something in my room to assist with the caller, and therefore was not speaking into my watch for about 20 seconds. I did hear the people in Room A having an argument, and then awkwardly wondered if the caller was able to hear them since my iphone was in there. I know when I answer my watch, the iphone has a green bar above whoch shows the active call time...Help?!

I’ve done this many times, answered calls in a different room, or the unfortunate time (has happened several times) where I get a super important call when I’m in the restroom. Your phone is locked, assuming your phone is locked with Face ID or Touch ID, there is nothing they can do to listen in. I usually have to use my phone to switch the output of the call (to my AirPods or Watch).
