i have a 3GS i activated on June 19th of last year. didn't buy applecare for it. i had it replaced 2 months ago. can i still buy applecare for the replacement they gave me?

with the trade in values at radio shack and best buy i'm thinking it might just be better to trade it in

Yeah you can buy AppleCare up until June 19th.

"AppleCare Protection Plan can be purchased at any time during the period of the original 1-year manufacturer warranty; hence it is not necessary to purchase along with the hardware itself."
