I find that chrome apps in iPhone has its section of saving logins and passwords, instead of saving to the section where Safari saves the details. I'd like to know if I use a new iPhone later and restore everything to a new iPhone will the details on Chrome be transferred or lost? Is it possible to let Chrome save passwords to the same section as Safari?

Yes, assuming you are logged in and syncing the passwords to your Google account. If not, then no.

No.
