I own a 91 jeep wrangler and we all know that jeep owners never leave valuables in their wranglers. Well I wanted to take one less thing away from would-be thieves. Is there anyway to wire up a completely ipod dependent car stereo. No head-unit.... just a docking station for the ipod?

Regardless of what you do, you will still need a deck to play the iPod.
Otherwise, take off your dash, cut out a spot for the iPod dock, mount it into the hole and glue it tight.
Get yourself an iPod ready deck and then route the wiring to the dash-top ipod dock.
Thats pretty much all you can do.
