I am debating about jailbreaking my phone to utilize Facetime over 3G while I am on vacation. The only question I have is that I save every sms message I have ever gotten on my iPhone and if I jailbreak and then don't want it jailbroken anymore, can i backup my phone with the jailbreak on it, restore the firmware back to original and then restore the backup I just took with all my information minus the jailbreak?
