iPod touch Question about jailbreaking Ipod touch 4g

I am going to buy a Ipod touch 4g at the end of the month, but I heard that all the ipod touch 4g will be IOS5.

I was wondering would it be possible to jailbreak once its released, or do I need to wait for a few months to jailbreak?

Would there be a untethered so I don't need to worry about turn it of or on?

So far, all iOS updates were still jail-breakable. Untethered. If I were you, I would buy it and just wait till there's and untethered jailbreak for iOS 5. If there won't be a jailbreak for that, doesn't matter. You still have an iPod with iOS 5. But I'm pretty sure there will come a jailbreak.
