Question about Lion and App Store.

Here's a scenario:

I own an older generation iMac with Snow Leopard, and buy a recent iMac with Lion. Would it be possible to log in to App Store on the Snow Leopard and download a copy of Lion using the same account as on the new iMac, or would I have to purchase a copy of Lion?
