Question about .Mac

I'm thinking about purcahsing .Mac. First off want to know if there is anywhere where I can purchase it for cheaper than $99.

Second I wanted to know what kind of storage and bandwith I get for iWeb.

You get 1GB of storage as standard but this is to be shared (ratios at your own discretion) between all your .Mac space (emails, iDisk, backup and whatever). I think you get 10GB of traffic per month but I'm a bit hazy on that figure. I remember word of it being changed about six months ago but I don't remember anything being confirmed by Apple. You may be able to find cheap licences on eBay.
