what is the difference between the standard 80gb parallel storage and the 64gb solid state in the MBA? I am a student and thinking about getting a mac laptop, either the regular macbook or the air but im not sure which one. I will probably by one in the next few months and want some other opinions.

Thanks

It also has a much longer lifespan.

And a much larger price tag.

Don't get me wrong, I love the fact that Apple is offering it, but I think I'll wait till the price drops a little more.

Plus the MacBook Air, (Is Nike OK with this name?), is a "REVISION A" product. IMHO, I think you'd be better off with a MB or a MBP, something standard and proven, then upgrade in a few years when the SSD HD technology is more mature, and cheaper.
