OK, so there is no Apple store around me, so when my silence switch went wonky I sent it in for repair. Now, I checked my status on Apple.com and it says "replacement unit sent out". Now does this mean that they sent me a temporary replacement while they fix my iPhone, or that they are sending me a new/refurbished iPhone. I'm obviously fine either way, but I was just wondering, as the way they say it is rather ambiguous.

Thanks :)
