Question about Mail

In Apple Mail, when I "reply" or "forward" or "reply all", it didn't show all those of the previous recipent address. It only show the date that was previously written. Is there a default setting that I'm missing?

Are you talking about the headers? You can go into View -> Message -> Long Headers to see those. Otherwise I am confused as to what you're talking about.
