iPod touch question about mobilecal.app

if i install the iphone's mobilecall.app on my ipod touch, will it then have the ability to add or edit events on the calendar and will it give me two calednar icons on the home screen>?

You can either overwrite the original cal app, giving you the ability to add events, or rename it at have 2 calendar apps...
