Question about mounting satellite speakers on wall

Hi folks..

First of I know this topic might be a bit misplaced but I hope that you can help me anyway.

I've bought a Jamo i300 iPod sound system and I really love it but I want to mount the small satellite speakers onto my wall instead of having them standing in my windowsill. I then was wondering, if it matter how high on the wall I mount them, and if it does, what would then be the best height?

I don't see why not. Although not ideal, it shouldn't hurt for consumer speakers like that. Particularly as they don't appear to be ported on the rear.
As for height.. As close to head height as possible would be best. Failing that. Higher if you must, if you can then angle them down towards you.

It works well as long as they're mounted well, and placed properly. I have a pair of old Sony monitors mounted on my wall above my bed and it more than has enough volume to wake me up every morning, and suits my listening wants perfectly!
