My husbands job gave him an iPhone for work and personal use. If I want to spy on his phone with Mspy without jailbreaking (this is an option Mspy offers with his iCloud login credentials) how will his company know I am spying on his phone? I wont have to download anything to his phone, I would just need his iCloud information.
I understand its illegal to spy without consent. I don't care to obtain any of his company's information, I just need to know if he is really "working late" every day. We have kids together and another one on the way and I just need to know the truth. He has been caught before and I believe he is doing a better job of covering his tracks, i.e. deleting emails, texts, erasing search history.

Also, I am aware that I can just login to his iCloud and monitor his messages from there but that doesn't offer the option to GPS track.
His service provider is through AT&T

It's illegal, and honestly if you can't trust the man you're "suppose" to spend the rest of your life with then you should either have a serious sit down and tell him how you feel or go to marriage counseling.

Communication is key in a marriage.

As for GPS tracking, it does if Find My iPhone is turned on.

Thank you for the relationship advise. I apologize that I am 7 months pregnant with his child and emotionally and mentally drained. Of course I have confronted him about this issue. And as always he denies everything even though his Safari history says otherwise.

I guess no one really knows the answer to my question.

Find my iPhone when activated will sound an alarm on his phone so that will not work for me.

Just use find my iPhone when you are sure he's not where he says he is. One shot risk but worth a try. He'll know you have done it but he will have other explaining to do anyway at this point.

While what you're doing may be questionable, here's how to get it done.

Option A - (Requirements - both of you need iMessage on and need to use iPhones with location services on. You also need 2 minutes access to his phone unlocked)

Warning - If he looks, he will easily find out you are tracking him. However, it is buried in settings menus and the messages app

1. Launch the messages app
2. Go to his conversation with you in the list
3. Tap on the Details button in the top right
4. Tap on share location and make sure you dont set it for 1 hour or 1 day and instead for forever or never stop, whatever the option is called

Option B - (Requires Find my iPhone on and you must know his apple ID information)

This option is likely to be discovered as he WILL get an email about the login.

1. Go to icloud.com
2. Log in with his information
3. Click on find my iphone
4. Wait for it to locate

Just a final tip. If his iphone is JB he may be able to fake his location. The best strategy is not to go behind his back, but talk with him and express your feelings. Open communication always beats internet forum plotting;)

Edit: Correct statement

Make sure you find his "secret phone"... It is probably hidden in his trunk near his spare tire.

Thank you all for the helpful advise!

I do not wish to do anything illegal but I will continue to do my research until I find out the truth.

I deserve better than this and he knows it.

Thank you for the reply! Of course I have already tried several times to talk to him about his cheating ways. Maybe I'm the fool for staying and trying to make things work for our children's sake.

Question: If his iPhone has not been updated to the latest iOS version (he currently still uses iOS 7 and refuses to update.. Not sure why) would this be the reason why I cant see the iMessage location option on his phone? I currently have iOS 8.3 and its available on my phone.

I am referencing :

1. Launch the messages app
2. Go to his conversation with you in the list
3. Tap on the Details button in the top right
4. Tap on share location and make sure you don't set it for 1 hour or 1 day and instead for forever or never stop, whatever the option is called

Would it be possible to just download the latest iOS version and say apple automatically did it so his phone can function properly? Also, his iPhone 5s is not jailbroken and I do not wish to JB it either.

Yes that option is only available in ios 8. You could update in Settings -> General -> Software Update. You would need his passcode though.

I know his passcode. I also know his iCloud credentials.

But he doesn't want to update to the latest iOS version because he doesn't like the updates Apple does. Could I just update his phone for him and say possibly his company manually did it or Apple support because your device wasn't readable?

He isn't very tech savvy ;)
