Question about Music app learning in iOS 14.5

So I know about the learning tool in regards to music apps in iOS 14.5. My question is, does it do it for music that is stored on my phone? I don't subscribe to Apple Music, Spotify, Pandora or any other service, except Apple Match, that simply gives me access to my personal library from my computer. Many times, Siri doesn't play what I ask, either "not finding it in Apple Music" or simply playing the wrong thing and so I'm just trying to make things work better, any way that I can. I've tried to recalibrate Siri many times and I'm still having the same problems.
