I am a new customer and my service start on 10/09, is it normal for AT&T to charge my account 1 month in advance from 11/03-12/02?

What if I decide to terminate my service after the 2 years contract, do I get the pre-paid/advance money back?

Yes it's normal, it's how they do business. As for the pre/advanced money i don't know what you mean... they only charge you in advance the first time, not every bill cycle.

Let say I had already pay for the above bill and I cancel the service now 11-6-08, but I already pay for the service in advace till 12/02, do I get the remaining back?
