Question about my mackbook pro

I got a mackbook pro which was bought in 2011. (not retina)

I would like to upgrade my RAM which atm is standing at 8GB 1333MHZ DDR3.

I want to purchase the 16GB kingston 1600MHZ and my question is, is there any difference between a memory stick for mac or PC?

If some1 here can attach a link to the item in ebay that will SURELY fit my laptop that would be great because I dont wanna buy anything that wont suit.

RAM is RAM, so go for it. It should be fine with your Mac.

There isn't any difference in RAM for Macs and PCs.

Anything with all of the following specifications will work:

DDR3, 204-pin SO-DIMM
Up to 1600MHz (possibly above but won't run at higher than 1600MHz)
Up to 16 GB in total.

- Yes to the first.

- No to the second. Those are 240-pin DIMM modules for desktops (notice the headline says DIMM and not SO-DIMM).
