Hey guys, I'm new around here but planning on buying my first iPhone here on the 24th. I personally love the new look of the iPhone, so sleek! My main reason for choosing iPhone over others, the operating system. To me it is the definition of user friendly, and I have come to know and love it with the numerous iPod touches I have owned.

On to my question though, do the data limits that AT&T has introduced apply to data usage over a wifi connection as well as over their network? Or does it simply apply to data usage over their network? May be a stupid question, but I am just trying to figure out how to save myself some money on a data plan.

-Thanks

It only applies to data usage on their network, not WiFi. So if most of your usage is on WiFi, you could opt for the cheaper plan.

Awesome, thanks for the reply. I will definately opt for the cheapest of the two data plans then.
