Question about Nike+ for iPhone 4

Hey guys, I just got a Nike+ kit and plan on using it with my iPhone 4. I just wanted to know if there was a way to listen to either Sirius or Pandora while running and using Nike+. When I quickly looked through the settings. I only saw an option for playlists while running. Now that Pandora and Sirius run in the background, can you check "No music" and listen to those apps while running while still getting the Nike+ alerts (ie: time, distance, etc)?

I also read that there were some problems with Nike+ when the iPhone 4 was originally released. Have those problems been resolved?
