Question about old Macbook vs NEW MBP..

Just wanted some opinions about the difference between the old 2.2 Ghz Black Macbook vs the NEW 17" MBP. Specifically I'm looking for obvious speed differences with regards to video processing and overall performance. I'm wanting to know if it's worth the cash to upgrade.

For instance, it takes about 8 hours to process/publish a large movie to MobileMe. What kind of improvement would there be? Specifics would be great, but any opinions would be appreciated.

Also, why is the Buy Rating still neutral for the NEW MBP? It was just released.
