Question about Opening Virtual Windows

When I open the VMware Fusion 4 icon from the Dock on the Mac, Windows 7 opens via the Virtual Machine Library window (see screenshot), as opposed to the actual Windows 7 splash screen via Bootcamp.

How can I set VMware Fusion to open Windows 7 directly from Bootcamp, instead of through the Virtual Machine Library window?

Thanks for any tips.
