Question About Photos

My iPhone doesnt seem to sync with the camera roll from my previous iphone however i still have the files on my computer.

How can i access them in picture form / transfer them to the iPhone?

The camera roll is specific to each device. Photos sync to your computer. You decide which ones to sync with your other devices in iTunes.
