Question about photoshop on ipad

Those of you with the photoshop app.. hoping you can answer my question!

If I open an image and want to know what the exact color/hue/value is in the location I pick, can I, just like I would in photoshop for my mac ??

Yes you can see the HSB or rgb values. There is an eye dropper tool that lets you select colors on screen.
