If anyone has experience with the following on Vision Pro, please post. I'm interested in purchasing and downloading some movies from AppleTV+ and/or Disney+. If I do this, will the movies be stored in the Vision Pro's on-board storage (SSDs)? Does that mean I can re-watch these movies at any time . . . even without an internet connection? For example, can the purchased movie(s) then be viewed by a child or other passenger in a car on a road trip? What app would be used to play the movie without an Internet connection? I'm especially interested in independent 3D playback, although right now I don't think there are any apps that will play a stored 3D movie in 3D. (I have tried this unsuccessfully with side-by-side 3D movies uploaded using AVP's access to a Mac Studio's iCloud Files folder.)

Movies and TV shows purchased from Apple can be downloaded and watched at any time without an internet connection, and are stored in the AVP's on-board storage. There is one big gotcha though: if the original provider ever decides to withdraw the movie/show from Apple's store, they may become undownloadable/unstreamable, despite your having "purchased" them. While this will not affect anything already downloaded, this can prevent you from downloading to your other devices (and, of course, you will not be able to watch/stream them if that happens). This is not common, but it does occasionally happen.

Media downloaded from other sources (e.g., Disney+) can have other policies. You'll have to read their terms and conditions. Some apps might require an internet connection to start viewing downloaded media and might have time limits.
