None of the special cover flow stuff, or anything, just playing a typical song (that displays it's cover art behind it, correct?) can you choose what it actually says?

For example, I want this

*Behind = cover art*
[Artist]
[Song]
[Time]

If that's how it is standard, tell me, but if it shows what album, can you turn that off? Because all my songs say unknown album, and that'd look stupid playing.

Hope this makes sense.

I don't believe there is any configurability for this. I would suggest you do what I just did and add album art to your collection. It took a while. iTunes will add art for music that it can find in it's stores (even if you ripped your own CD's and didn't buy from Apple). You will need an iTunes account, though, which can be set up for free. This got me about 60% of my 500 albums. I was able to get another 30% using Art Collector (for Mac - link below). The remaining 10% I manually searched the web for, and a few I couldn't find.

Unless you have a lot of really obscure music, iTunes and Art Collector should be able to find your album art.
