Question about pmd files (and Indesign)

Hey all. I need to do some editiing to a pmd file that was transferred to my computer from a windows machine running pagemaker. I thought that I could use InDesign, but when I downloaded the trial software, it seems that 10.4 is required to run it and I'm still on 10.3.9. So my question is whether there is software I can use to edit this file? Trial software is fine as this is a one-time deal. Perhaps someone has a link to an older version of indesign that runs on 10.3? I tried looking for it on adobe's website, but I can't find it.
