Question about pre-orders

I was wondering the "limit per household" that sometimes occurs when ordering. My brother and I want to pre order the iPhone 4S and we were going to use the same credit card/AT&T account. Would this be possible, or with the high demand, would they only limit one per household?

There is no such thing as one per household. No freaking way.
