I was wondering when the next iPhone would be available for preorder. Let's say it is announced on September 12th and then released on the 21st like it has recently been rumored, when would Apple start preoders?

Ive never really paid attention to it in the past but now my plan is long overdue for a new phone.

they would announce it on the 12th and preorders would start that same day....if you want it at your door on release date, you will most likely have to order within the first 2-3 hours. You can get away ordering a little later sometimes by going through the carrier. Imagine the retina display, but with people much more interested.
