Question about programs for Macbook Pro

I am thinking about buying a Macbook Pro 15"

# 2,0-GHz quad-core
Intel Core i7
# 4 GB, 1333 MHz
# 500 GB, 5400 rpm1
# Intel HD Graphics 3000
# AMD Radeon HD 6490M met 256 MB GDDR5

But I was wondering if there are programs that will not work on the Macbook (Photoshop, Office etc.)?

If so, could someome please let me know what things will not work on the Macbook?

Look up the program you want to run at the Snow Leopard Compatibility Wiki and see if the program will run in 10.6.x.
