i have 6 people on my family sharing for Apple Music purposes. But how do I make it where it asks for credit card for each person on apps that cost.

Can you only apply family sharing on Apple Music and not everything else?

Apple has an "ask to buy" feature that can be implemented based on the age of the person on their iTunes account. If they are listed under 18 years of age on the account, they have to ask your permission to buy something, otherwise they can make purchases on your credit card. I don't think Apple has a way to setup a different credit card for each person. This is some info about the "ask to buy" feature: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201089

With this "ask to buy", it even requires permission for free apps. I have three kids on mine, ages 12-16 and had to turn this option off. They know if they try to make a purchase that I do not approve of, I will turn that back on for their account and they have been very good at adhering to the rules.
