Question about Push Notifications with Truphone

Now that Truphone is one of the official first few apps to have push live, has anyone been able to get pushed message alerts for skype via Truphone? I haven't had any luck, I tried the shake to lock truphone method after logging in to skype via Truphone but no luck.
