Question about Quickpwn/jailbreaking/backup.

Is quickpwn ok to use/safest? and Is there a way to transfer all my numbers/call history to when I pwn my iphone 3g?

just used quickpwn for my touch, worked great.

If you do do it itunes will use its backup and put ur call list and such (no media tho) back onto your device.
