Question about receiving calls on iPhone 3G

In the iPhone commercials when someone calls, the iPhone background is the main image and the picture of the person calling is small and in the top right of the screen. I looked around the Settings but didn't find an option for it. Any thoughts/help are/is appreciated.

It's weird but for some reason if you sync contacts with pictures, they show up small, but if you take the picture on the phone and set it as a contact id, it takes up the whole screen.
