question about registering a mac

so i bought a new macbook about 3 weeks ago, i believe i did register my computer but im not quite sure and i cant recall(if i did), what email address i used when i filled out the online form.

So.... how can i check if my mac is in fact registered, or what email address i used. Also, Is there any way i can change the email address or apple account if i wish to do so?
