I got my iPhone 5 yesterday and it rattles so bad its sickening. The noise is coming from the camera, its just loud. I can barely pick it up and hear a slight rattle.

Called up Apple and they said they are shipping me a brand new iPhone 5 as this was damaged during transit OR DOA. I asked how that's possible with shipping times on iPhone 5's being 3-4 weeks. She said they set a side several new iphone 5's for reasons such as this.

Ok, so my question is, will I actually receive a brand new iPhone 5? Or will it be a serviced model? She said the service models are specically for phones that break after the user receives them, not for units that arrive damaged?

With all the reports of Quality Control issues on the iPhone 5 I am wondering if anyone has gone through this process with Apple yet?
