Question about reserving 4S @ Apple Stores

Ok so I see now you can reserve iPhones at 9pm and pick one up the next day. I plan on payingwith cash so my question is do you have to pay for the phone online when processing the reservation or can I just pay in store when I go pick up the phone the next day?

You pay at store, not during reservation

I have a question: I elected to get my receipt e-mailed and have yet to receive it, is this normal? How long should I wait to call the store to see what's up?

If you hadn't received your receipt shortly after your purchase, I would definitely follow up tomorrow. I picked mine up on Friday afternoon and the receipt was emailed to me right then - I had it in my inbox when I got back to work. As much as a madhouse that was the Apple store, I was in and out in about 15 - 20 minutes.
