I've had an issue on an older iPhone with iOS 8 where it would randomly cause the bottom bar of icons (favorites, recents, contacts, keypad, voicemail) in the Phone app to disappear. The only way to fix it was to close the app, and reopen it. A few months ago I've upgraded to a newer iPhone with iOS 10, and have been experiencing the same exact issue ever since.

I suspect that my iCloud backup is corrupt, and it's causing the issue to transfer from one phone to the other. I'd like to do a full reset, and only be able to restore my Contacts, Photos, and Messages. Is there a way to do this without having to back everything up to the computer? I have these things backed up to the iCloud account...
