I know that return policy that require be 30 days to return for full refund.

I want return my iPhone 3G due not meet my exception, even it doesn't meet my needs for that phone, I ordered iPhone 3G via direct fulfillment on July 11 and picked on July 21, that means my return must be by Aug 11 or Aug 21?

If July 11 then it's due on today?

why don't you call them and ask? what if you get the wrong answer here, then you are screwed.

On a related note, how does AT&T handle defective iPhones? If you were to get your direct fulfillment and it had a dead pixel or another flaw, do they swap it out for you? Or do they send you over to Apple? Any experiences in this regard?
