After a whole year of bemoaning the unwieldy size of my 11 Pro Max, I was dead set on going back to a smaller sized phone. Turns out I was wrong. Feels great in my hands but it’s a whole different story for my eyes. Even after adjusting settings, everything feels so cramped and tiny and I know I wouldn’t be fully satisfied if I kept it for the next year.

So, my questions are:

1) even though I bought it on Apple’s website I should be able to return it at their brick-and-mortar store, correct? — Will there be a restocking fee?

2) can I remove the new SIM that’s in my 12P and pop it into my 11 Pro Max? Would it even fit/work? Or do I need to go to the AT&T store to have them issue me a new one?

Thanks!

1. Yes, you can walk into an Apple store and return it and there is no restocking fee.

2. Yes, you can pop your 12 Pro sim into your 11 Pro Max and it will work fine. If you changed your plan to one of AT&T's 5G plans I would change it back as you obviously won't get 5G on your 11 Pro Max.
