Question about rules in Mac Mail

Hello,

I am trying to create a rule to my mail email with the following logic:

1. an email from a specific address (this address is in the From field) - thats easy
2. if the content of this email contains the following words: X, Y, Z - keep in my inbox and make them red, if not - delete / send to trash

Is it possible to create such a logic? The closet thing that I was able to do is to create 3 rules for X,Y, and Z that say that if those words are part of the email's content, then make them red, and the rest I just delete manually.

Please help.Thanks!
